Over the last three years, the ecommerce agency RivellePro has experienced nearly 3,000% growth, according to CEO Tim Frailly.
RivellePro partners with brands, especially in the beauty and health space, that sell on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart to help them increase ecommerce sales and create brand awareness. Since its founding in 2014, the Boca Raton, Florida–based agency has experienced a double-digit annual growth rate, and this year, was ranked number 175 on the Inc. 5000 list.
In December 2020, RivellePro began working with Intentwise when the company was seeking a trusted advertising technology platform that could work as an extension of their own team. For RivellePro, it was important to work with a partner that could leverage historical data to help improve their performance while also keeping up with their exponential growth. Today, the company leverages all three of Intentwise’s products: Intentwise Ad Optimizer, Intentwise Analytics Cloud, and Intentwise DSP.
When this partnership started, RivellePro's goal was to increase sales and revenue while reducing the advertising cost of sales (ACOS) for their customers. For the first eight months of 2022, compared to the same time period last year, RivellePro’s brands overall experienced an 84% increase in new-to-brand orders, a 37% increase in orders, and a 10% increase in return on advertising spend (ROAS).
“When Amazon rolls out a new beta, Intentwise has already absorbed it, studied it, and is ready to present it,” Frailly says.
Frailly also uses Intentwise Analytics Cloud, formally launched in June 2022, to help communicate with his own clients. “I use the reporting dashboard, which is plugged in with Google Data Studio,” he says. “I download those reports and I refer to them regularly. They're a lot cleaner and a lot easier to use than Amazon's reports. The high-level sales and marketing KPIs—it's there where I can have an intelligent conversation with our brands.”
Intentwise DSP was added to RivellePro’s product suite in March 2022 to help build brand awareness. From March 2022 to May 2022, one of the company’s clients saw a 97% increase in revenue while another experienced a revenue growth of 35%. In another win this year, during Prime Day 2022, RivellePro’s brands overall saw an increase of 105% in ad revenue and a 28% decrease in ACOS compared to Prime Day 2021.
“I'm fully confident as we grow our Amazon business—Amazon grows with new programs and the Amazon marketing services, the AMS platform—that Intentwise will be there to understand it and allow us to take a bat at something that we otherwise wouldn't be able to do internally,” Frailly says.
