Accrue, a leading e-commerce agency, has always prided itself on providing sophisticated insights and custom visualizations for its 30+ clients. 

But the data behind all of those visualizations is not easy to gather. Accrue used to download reports individually from Seller Central. 

The process was time-consuming. Many of their team members were over-investing time in manual pulls and data cleanup that would’ve been easily managed if they had a reporting solution.

Accrue wanted a partner that would help it return to its core focus: data analytics and driving performance.

The solution

Intentwise automated the process of building visualizations for Accrue. Intentwise automatically downloads and organizes data from Amazon, and it supports tools like Looker that create refreshable visualizations.

Since it switched to Intentwise, Accrue has saved time pulling data and downloading reports from Amazon. As an example, Accrue teams can now easily see which ASINs are working well and make adjustments to strategies related to ads, retail, and more.

Automating its data collection process has freed up time so Accrue can focus much more on client needs. Now, instead of spending time collecting data, Accrue is focused on diving deep into insights and formulating actionable strategies for its clients. 

The company has devoted more time to mining insights that help drive ad optimizations, and this has led to 85+% growth in their client’s revenue year over year.
